I accept the following insurance plans:

Horizon Blue Cross / Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oxford and Optum, Medicare, Princeton University Student Health Insurance, and Out of Network.  

Payment Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $75.00 fee.
